SELFCLEANING GREATINGS
Selfcleaning greatings, with rotating cage or arm, are used before the pumps, to protect pumps and circuits. The filtration rate can be from 600 µ to 2 mm.
Le décolmatage continu et permanent limite les risques de cavitation des pompes, l'encrassement et le colmatage des canalisations par les débris organiques et autres particules flottantes ou semi flottantes, ce qui entraîne une réduction du coût de la maintenance.
CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATORS
Centrifugal separators are manufactured in steel (carbon or Stainless steel) and work without mobile piece. The separation is made by a cyclon effect (vortex). The efficiency is given by the difference between the density of the fluid and the suspended solids.
Centrifugal separators can be manufactured with or withou dismountable head.
ADVANTAGES :
- No clogging : pressure loss is always the same for a given flow
- No surface to clean so no intervention for maintenance
- Suspended solids are stocked into the bottom tank of the separator. This tank is purged manually or automatically, time to time.
